I want to visit the Domaine de Suscinio, do I have to book my ticket?
- It is not obligatory to reserve, you can come directly in ticket office, not having gauge, the Domain will be able to accomodate you, even if you have the possibility of buying your dated tickets on our Internet Ticket office.
- FOR SUMMER NIGHT SHOWS: A gauge is applied to these events, which are often sold out, so it is strongly advised to buy your tickets on our Ticketing Service (LINK)
I bought a ticket but I have to cancel, can I get a refund?
- Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
My child is under 10 years old, do I need to get a ticket for him/her as well?
- All of our visitors, even those who do not pay, must have a ticket to enter the castle. Failure to do so will result in another visit to the ticket office.
I have a child under 3 years old, can I visit the castle?
- It is perfectly possible to visit the castle with your young child, however strollers are strongly discouraged, so we provide baby carriers for a more comfortable visit (subject to availability). Moreover, your child will not have access to all the activities set up at the Domaine.
I would like to do some crossbow shooting or take a boat ride in the moat, do I need to reserve?
- It is not necessary to reserve for our activities, which are all included in the entrance ticket, with time slots indicated on the flyers given at the beginning of the visit or on our program on our page Animations and Events (LINK).
Are pets allowed?
- Dogs are accepted at the Domaine de Suscinio, even inside, they just need to be kept on a leash.
How long does a visit last on average?
- The complete visit associated with the various activities will give you an average duration of visit of 3 hours.
Do you have a restaurant ?
- Our "Café des Lices" will be open from April to September, offering some fresh or hot products such as sandwiches, hot-dogs, cold drinks and pancakes. In addition, our ice cream shop "L'Annexe" is open in July-August for a fresh break. For more information, please refer to our website.

- You can consult our offers for groups on the Group page and proceed to your reservation either by filling in the form, or by mail at reservation@suscinio.fr or by phone at 02 97 41 91 91.
Do I have to print my ticket bought on the Internet ?
- It is not compulsory to print it, but it is strongly advised to download these documents on your laptop before coming to the Domaine, in prevention of an insufficient Internet connection.
I bought my ticket on the Internet, but I did not receive an e-mail with my tickets, what should I do?
- If within 30 minutes after your purchase you have not received anything, check your junk mail, remember to update your inbox, also check the email address entered when you purchased. If once all that is done, nothing changes, call us at 02 97 41 91 91 so that we can help you with the problem, or contact us by email at contact@suscinio.fr
What are the accepted payment methods ?
- On the online ticketing service, you can pay with MasterCard, Visa or Carte Bleue.
- On site, you can pay by cash, credit card, cheque or ANCV vacation vouchers (the latter are not valid for purchases in stores or restaurants).
Do tickets bought on the Internet allow me to avoid the queue?
- Tickets purchased on the Internet allow you to avoid the cashier and therefore facilitate your access to the visit, however, the ease of access to the castle will depend on the number of visitors.
What advantages does my Suscinio Pass ticket give me?
- Your Pass ticket, in addition to allowing you to access the castle during the day and evening, allows you to enter and exit as you wish, thanks to the bracelet provided upon your arrival, it will also allow you, in case of high affluence, to avoid waiting at the entrance of the castle with a passage cut-file (does not apply to activities on site).
